These Community Guidelines describe what is and is not allowed on MentSocial. They apply to every member and every type of content — profiles, posts, stories, messages, listings, channels, and activity in the 3D world. By using MentSocial, you agree to follow these guidelines. They work alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Treat other members with kindness and respect. Disagreements are natural, but harassment, bullying, targeted insults, and sustained unwanted contact are not allowed. If someone asks you to stop contacting them, respect that boundary.
We do not allow content that attacks, dehumanizes, or promotes hatred against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or other protected characteristics. Slurs and coded hate language are not permitted.
Do not post content that threatens, incites, or glorifies violence, or that encourages self-harm, dangerous challenges, or illegal activity. This includes instructions for weapons, drugs, or other harmful acts.
Repeated unwanted messages, mass-following, fake engagement, coordinated inauthentic behavior, and misleading "engagement bait" are not allowed. Do not use MentSocial to artificially inflate metrics or to drive traffic through deception.
Do not impersonate another person, brand, or organization. Profiles must represent real individuals or authorized entities. MentSocial may verify accounts and remove false or misleading identity claims.
MentSocial is for adults 18 and older. Sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited and will be removed and reported to authorities. Other sexually explicit content is restricted and must not appear in public discovery areas, profiles, or storefronts.
Only post content you own or have permission to use. Do not upload copyrighted material, pirated software, or counterfeit goods. Repeated infringement may result in account termination. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can report the content.
Sellers in MentShop must describe items accurately, fulfill orders, and use the integrated payment system. Scams, fake listings, non-delivery, and off-platform payment requests are prohibited. Buyers and sellers should resolve disputes in good faith.
Do not share another person's private information without consent, including contact details, addresses, or private media. Sharing private location data or images of others without permission is not allowed.
Every member can report content that violates these guidelines. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Depending on severity and history, we may:
We aim to enforce these rules fairly and consistently. If you believe a decision was made in error, you can request a review through the Help Center.
We may update these Community Guidelines as the platform evolves. We will post changes on this page with an updated date. Continued use of MentSocial after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines.
