How it works

Getting started is simple:

1. Create an account and complete a short onboarding to set up your profile, interests, and preferences.
2. Explore the Discover feed, switch between the classic column layout and the full-screen vertical view, and find people and content that interest you.
3. Post photos, videos, or text articles, pin content to the nearby map, and engage with the community through likes, comments, and shares.
4. Open a storefront in MentShop, list items for sale or swap, and manage orders with built-in secure checkout.
5. Visit the 3D world to explore, meet other members in real time, and discover interactive experiences.

Trust & safety

Safety is built into the foundation of MentSocial, not added as an afterthought. We provide:

• Community-driven reporting for posts, listings, profiles, and messages.
• A moderation team that reviews reports and takes action on violations, including content removal and account suspension.
• Row-level data protection so members only control their own content and information.
• Secure payment processing through Stripe, with seller verification and payout controls.
• Privacy controls that let you decide who sees your posts, stories, and profile.
